Total Masonry & Construction, Inc. does not glance over plans and specs and then guess what it would take to do the job, we understand all aspects of our scope of work prior to submitting a proposal so that we know what details are in need of attention prior to being awarded the job.
When it comes to submitting a proposal to your firm, we make it a practice to have our information to your firm with ample time to be able to review it and contact us with questions if needed. No last minute faxes! Our proposals will also break out the different options, costs, and quantities for each aspect of the construction process. This breakdown will hopefully allow you to compare “apples to apples” with greater clarity. We also have the ability to contract with many different material suppliers and vendors to ensure use of the products and materials listed in the specs.
