The Past:
Total Masonry & Construction LLC has been an aggressive, hard working, masonry/concrete contractor for approximately 20 years. Shortly after graduating from Winona State University, I started T.M.Construction based on experience gained through 9yrs "seasonal" employment with a local masonry company. Along the way we have experienced many stages of growth and adversity. The construction environment around 2006 demanded that we adapt from the comfort of residential construction to include other types of projects and by 20012, 90% of our projects were commercial / industrial, with average estimate of $295,000. Through the pursuit of growth, our projects started to feel predominately number driven and aspects of our principles neglected. In 2014, a decision was made to get back to our roots, slow down and focus on our core values.
The Present:
We are very fortunate to have established some great relationships with area builders, suppliers, building officials, employees, and homeowners. These relationships have allowed us to return to an environment in which we feel we are part of a team. We currently offer services and methods of construction that our competitors have yet to discover. We take pride in our knowledge of building codes, professional qualified employees, utilization of technology, and "best practices" workmanship. We believe that you can combine quality craftsmanship and pride with competitive pricing to achieve results that are both profitable and beneficial to us and to our clients.
The Future:
It is our greatest hope that our Services, Integrity, & Quality are relied on for many years to come. I have had to pleasure of attending several retirement parties. It is very apparent the degree of positive relationships cultured by the individual. Very Simply, when the work day is done, I would like to know that we have completed our projects fairly and with satisfaction.
